Q: Is a deposit required and when do I paY?

A: There is a non-refundable $300 deposit required at the time of your booking to reserve your property. The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in. If you book a rental that is less than 60 days before check-in, full payment is due at time of booking.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancel before 60 days of your check-in date and a the non-refundable $300 deposit will be held as an administrative cancellation fee. There will be no refunds if cancellation is within 60 days of your check in date. For this reason we strongly suggest that all our Guests purchase a Travel Insurance Plan along with their online booking just in case a situation that is covered arises preventing them from traveling

Q: Why Purchase Travel Protection / travel Insurance?

A: Travel Protection provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. Luxury Rentals Oahu strongly recommends you purchase this valuable protection. Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption Coverage is available for events such as flight delays due to adverse weather; interruptions of road service; and mandatory evacuations. The plan also includes other valuable coverages including Travel Delay and Emergency Assistance and Transportation in addition to 24/7/365 emergency assistance services. Guests who choose to decline the purchase of Travel Protection acknowledge to have read, understand and agree to accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.


A: In most cases our Guest Concierge will great you at the property, give you a brief tour of the property and its facilities, familiarize you with how things work and answer any questions you may have. Within 10 days of check-in, the primary Guest will receive an email with arrival instructions containing all important information you will need to locate, access and enjoy your property.

Q: When is Check in and check out?

A: Check in is at 4:00 pm or later and check out is no later than 11:00 am. Early check in and late check outs can be arranged for a fee if the rental calendar permits, requests are not guaranteed. If you need a place to store your luggage before check in or after check out you may call Paradise Transport & Luggage Services (808) 499-4561 to make arrangements for them to drop off your luggage after check in or pick it up after checkout.

Q: Why pay for Vacation rental Damage Protection?

A: A non-refundable Vacation Rental Damage Protection option is added to all reservations for the protection of our guests. This low cost of $69/$99 covers accidental property damages up to $3000/$5000 depending on the property selected. Vacation Rental Damage Protection will cover broken lamps, windows and glass; damaged doors, walls and furniture; stained bedding or linens, lost or damaged keys and more. If you wish to decline this coverage you may do so, however a $3,000/$5000 damage deposit will be placed on the credit card on file 10 days prior to arrival. Should your stay be accident free, your deposit will be released within 10 days of your departure.

Q: Do you offer transportation to and from the airport?

A: For transportation to and from the airport you may call Paradise Transport & Luggage Services. Make sure to contact them ahead of time for reservations at (808) 499-4561.

Q: What does my cleaning fee cover?

A: The cleaning fee covers the cost of your departure cleaning. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, please contact us to make arrangements.

Q: Who do I call if I have a problem during my stay?

Our properties contain a Guest Information Book for easy reference about how things operate within the home. If there are any additional questions, concerns or suggestions during your stay feel free to email or call 808.664.3317.

Know Before You Go:

We provide bath towels, beach towels, bedding, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and wireless internet. Each bathroom will have one set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath soap and 4 rolls of toilet paper to get you started. The property will also have a small supply of dish washing liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets and trash bags. Once these amenities are depleted, you will need to supply your own for the rest of your stay. Should you require anything else in place prior to your arrival, please let us know while booking.
